Easy Fruit Tart!


Looks cute and pretty impressive, doesn't it?? ^^ You can make this easily! Today, I'm going to teach you how to make a shortbread crust that is suitable for cheesecakes and fruit pies/tarts! You'll only need 3 ingredients!



Ingredients

- 112g butter/margarine at room temperature
- 25g icing sugar
- 125g all-purpose flour

1) Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2) Add the flour and beat the mixture until it forms a dough. You can use your hands! ^^

3) Bake at 180℃ for 20 mins.



And that's it! 
 Even if your dough is a little crumbly, don't worry! As long as it's moist enough to form a crust in your pan, you're doing fine. 

 If it's too crumbly, add a little more butter.

 If it's too wet, add a little more flour. 

Simple? ^^

Once your crust is done, just throw in lots of fruits in it. It can be delicious already like this. Or wait for my recipe for a vegan custard that I'm sure you will love! ^^
