- 112g butter/margarine at room temperature
- 25g icing sugar
- 125g all-purpose flour
1) Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2) Add the flour and beat the mixture until it forms a dough. You can use your hands! ^^
3) Bake at 180℃ for 20 mins.
Even if your dough is a little crumbly, don't worry! As long as it's moist enough to form a crust in your pan, you're doing fine.
If it's too crumbly, add a little more butter.
If it's too wet, add a little more flour.
